As a community, we can make a tremendous difference by supporting our peers in their Jewish and social responsibility endeavors. The Alumni Venture Fund provides an opportunity for our community to remain remain inclusive and supportive.

One hundred percent of funds raised go directly to alumni-led projects, with no overhead. The money raised during the Alumni Venture Fund fundraising campaign is kept separate from BYFI’s day-to-day budget. The Fellowship, its staff and alumni activities are still fully funded by the Bronfman family.

The demand for grants from the Alumni Venture Fund continues to grow as more alumni take on leadership roles in their adult lives. Alumni, their families and significant others are also encouraged to provide pro-bono support by sharing their technical skills and expertise with grantees.
